My client is a well-established accountancy practice. With a push towards growth over the next 2-5 years they now have a unique and exciting opportunity to lead their well-regarded, friendly, and ambitious firm of Chartered Accountants.

This new role of Practice Director will be instrumental in driving the firm forwards both with internal development initiatives and growth through acquisition.

This role will suit a qualified Chartered Accountant focused on client delivery and with an entrepreneurial spirit. It will be down to you to proactively progress the business, own the P&L but also have an Owner who will mentor and support you.

Working from their offices (which offer free parking) my client can offer a high degree of flexibility if the job gets done – this can include full or part time and term time only working as well as some remote working

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role will suit someone who is ACA qualified or equivalent and has ambition. There is a great opportunity here to help modernize and digitize the practice. In time another accountancy practice may be acquired which the successful candidate would oversee, so there is huge scope for development and growth.
