Job Description

As the Administrator you will provide day to day administration / accounting for the service and secretarial support to the Service Manager.

We are seeking a confident and experienced Administrator with a wide range of skills and importantly, a ‘can do’ approach. They will develop and update the office functions making the best use of IT and electronic systems. Comfortable with independent working and taking initiative.

The post holder will also support the Service Manager with administrative duties regarding the maintenance of the site

This role is restricted for females under the Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 and is subject to ongoing satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service checks.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will maintain the petty cash system and complete the returns at the end of each month, ensuring monies are accounted for and documented accordingly. You must have experience of working with database systems and Excel. Previous experience in an administrative / accounts position is essential.
