Processing of COVID 19 test samples and recording results (Full training will be provided)
Assist in the setup of the testing areas in preparation for the beginning of the shift
Manage the queuing system and support the general public where needed.
Assist general members of the public on registration and self-administration of tests
Record information on hand-held device – scanning QR codes and entering data
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Full training will be provided but we are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of working within a front end customer service role. • You need to be organised • Flexible and able to work at least 6 weeks work ethic • Reliable with good time keeping • Comfortable in using hand held devices with good IT skills
