Job Description
- Process orders using a variety of different internal and external systems
- Deal with account queries and provide customer support
- Create quotes on request
- Act as the main point of contact for relevant accounts for orders, pricing, and delivery queries
- Work with relevant managers on merchandising ranges and customer tenders
- Create presentations to enhance range proposals for the sales teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working within a sales focused department. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Highly organized. Flexible and adaptable. Positive team player. Good IT skills and confident with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AS400 would be an advantage.
