Job Description

We are looking to recruit a part- time Customer Service Administrator for our fantastic client who are based in the beautiful area of Malvern; due to the location you will need transport.

This role would suit someone who has a keen interest in Health and Nutrition because of the type of products that they supply, you will also provide quality first line support to customers who are looking for nutritional advice.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Processing orders by phone and email - Dealing with existing customer enquiries - Maintaining accurate and up to date records at all times - Up-selling products where possible - Managing Stock Returns - Liaising with other departments including Accounts and Warehouse Teams
