Job Description

Your new role as a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator will see you become a key part of the existing operation and bring two sides of the business together. Your day to day role will see you liaise with customers on a B2B basis, advising on product, delivery timescales, and getting involved in the import/export process. You will also work closely with internal departments including production and transport to ensure that customer expectations are met/exceeded. Progression in this role would lead to possible future management opportunities. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or similar environment is essential to the success in this position, and experience having worked alongside import/export procedures would really set an applicant apart in the role. You will be able to reference previous experience in a customer service environment of managing complaints and customer expectations, but also fully understand the sales process. You should be a good administrator, able to work to deadlines and of your own initiative at times, and be an experienced user of Microsoft Office including Excel. Experience in using one of Microsoft Dynamics, Navision or SAP is desirable.
