Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative support to teachers
- Ad hoc PA support to the Head and Deputy Head
- Recording and monitoring staff absences
- Preparing and submitting monthly documentation to payroll
- Managing recruitment for teaching and support roles
- Assisting the Head and Premises Officer with booking building maintenance and repairs
- Occasional cover/support for admin colleagues, including assisting with attendance and finance tasks
- Checking and submitting school census returns
Key skills:
- Previous experience working as a School Administrator
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation skills including the ability to prioritise, schedule and coordinate activity to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Integrity and proven ability to keep highly sensitive information confidential
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Good standard of English
