Job Description

As Sales Support Administrator you will play a vital role within the Sales team supporting the business with sales performance reporting, invoicing, and contract administration, liaising with the sales team, customer support and the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • processing internal sales / sales team inboxes
  • responding to agent enquiries / telephone enquiries
  • processing wholesale sales orders
  • screening new accounts
  • general administration tasks

Already an established supplier to the UK and global market place, they are now recruiting for further support staff to service the ever increasing demand.

The Person

As Sales Support Administrator you will have experience in a customer-facing / sales role with strong administrative and organisational skills. With a friendly positive phone manner and ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in written form you will also have:

  • good computer literacy ( Word / Outlook / Excel )
  • a positive outlook and good team working skills
  • ability to converse in another language would be to your advantage
