Joining an existing experienced team, you report to the Credit Control Supervisor and will manage your own portfolio of clients, working towards company SLAs to reduce aged-debt.
Chasing payments by phone, email and letters
Issuing invoices, receipts and preparing client statements
Reducing outstanding debtor balance
Building and maintaining client relationships
Reconciliation of accounts
Responding to queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within Credit Control is essential Proven track-record or working towards targets and reducing aged-debt Strong organisational skills Experience liaising with customers in person and by telephone Excellent attention to detail Good systems knowledge and proficient with MS Excel
