Along with their customer services team the credit control team is the voice to their consumers so professionalism at all times is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deal with customer queries - either via phone/email or post
Prepare cheques received for banking
Prepare BACS receipts for posting to sales ledger
Complete and reconcile paying in slips
Take credit/debit card details from customers
Open accounts for new customers
