This business puts their people first! Progressive software house in Gloucester is currently seeking an experienced, personable and technically adapt Systems Analyst to join their fast paced and ambitious team.

You will be responsible for liaising with clients, business stakeholders and partners to identify system changes arising from Greenfield projects and continuing system improvements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Expertise of systems analysis ideally within a cloud-based SaaS solution - Industry experience working for digital payroll, fintech or human capital management field - Good technical knowledge to enable you to go toe to toe with the development team when communicating - Experience creating technical requirements for continuous improvement to simplify the user experience for key stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in a high-growth, fast-paced environment - Appetite to become a subject matter expert for their products/solutions and be able to evolve that knowledge as the product develops - GDPR and its systems impact - Data Protection - Genuine interest in emerging technologies
