This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Joining our team as a Dispatch Administrator, you will carry out duties, including:
Assist with all aspects of the Dispatch process,
Ensure customer delivery dates are met
Ensure required communication is maintained, to include the answering of delivery queries and provision of POD's
Providing SOP team with timely update of delivery data
Ensure the booking process with the hauliers is clear
Record all orders
Ensure Transport Diary is maintained at all times
Ensure Daily invoicing details are relayed
Any other duties to aid the smooth running of the warehouse & office
Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager
The Ideal Dispatch Administrator:
This office-based role would suit an enthusiastic candidate with excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
