Job Description

This is a part-time role, initially for fifteen hours per week.  Working pattern is 3 hours per day, five days per week.  There is flexibility in terms of the exact hours worked each day but you must be available to work five days per week.    There is scope for the number of hours to increase as the team grows.

We are looking for a highly competent administrator to ensure the office runs smoothly and all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.  Duties will include:

Email and diary management and Email marketing activities.

Monitoring social media feeds.

Onboarding new clients, utilising task management software to manage workflows.

Answering queries via email and phone.

Filing.

Stock control and management of office consumables.

Creation of documentation.

Update of client documentation.

This is a new role and there will be scope for the successful candidate to bring their expertise to bear on some of the processes in consultation with the business owner and to really make the role their own and make a meaningful contribution to the work of the team.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C or higher. Qualitative administrative experience. Excellent written English Good communication skills – both oral and written.  Proactive approach to workload.    Competent and confident with IT, particularly Microsoft packages. Highly organised Customer focused. Administrative qualifications – RSA/NVQ/Business Administration or similar. IT qualifications – MS Office, RSA or similar. Experience using social media for business. Experience creating processes. Experience supporting a small business.
