Job Description

Within this position, you will be providing administrative support across two Residential Children’s Homes (Hemsworth & South Elmsall) and a 16+ Accommodation & Support Team in Belle Vue, Wakefield. You will be working within a small, friendly and supportive team where you will be coming into direct contact with Children & Young People on a daily basis. Travelling between the different buildings will be required on a regular basis.

  • Dealing with petty cash and reimbursements
  • Processing purchase cards and engaging with members of staff to chase up payment
  • Processing / payment of invoices
  • Accurately updating the Social Care Records systems
  • Inputting weekly staff rostering
  • Taking minutes at various meetings using a laptop
