Job Description
  • To manage all customer orders and ensure that they are processed.
  • To provide support and assistance to the External Sales Team.
  • You will work closely with the internal sales teams, managing orders and quotations.
  • To ensure all customer queries are resolved within an agreed time.
  • To liaise all account queries with the relevant member of staff.
  • To ensure the creation of reports for monitoring customer performance, contracts and product usage are carried out.
  • To solve warehouse and distribution queries with the relevant members of staff.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience. Both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail i.e., data entry.
  • Excellent client management skills.
