Job Description
- To manage all customer orders and ensure that they are processed.
- To provide support and assistance to the External Sales Team.
- You will work closely with the internal sales teams, managing orders and quotations.
- To ensure all customer queries are resolved within an agreed time.
- To liaise all account queries with the relevant member of staff.
- To ensure the creation of reports for monitoring customer performance, contracts and product usage are carried out.
- To solve warehouse and distribution queries with the relevant members of staff.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:
- Demonstrated customer service experience. Both face to face and over the telephone.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail i.e., data entry.
- Excellent client management skills.
