Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Admin to work 4 days on 4 days off shift, this means you will work 8am to 8pm 4 days and then 4 days off work and back to 8am to 8pm. During your 12 hours shift you will be entitled to 2x 1 hours breaks.

Based in central London my client is looking for a strong Help desk Administrator to work with one of the biggest facilities maintenance companies in the UK

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance level.

  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience of a customer-facing role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX or Concept software.
  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written, communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and systematic.
  • Results / task orientated and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
