Job Description

Key responsibilities for this call centre agent will be;

*Supporting vulnerable customers with urgent assistance and support

*Delivering excellent customer service on every call received

*Scheduling visits, repairs or sending paperwork

*Advising on a wide range of solutions to find the best action for each client

*General administration and information sharing within the teams


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The desired candidate for this role must match the following criteria; *Excellent customer service - 6 months within a contact centre (recent) *Experience working in a contact centre based role and keen to develop their skills in a new business *calm under pressure and able to act efficiently in any potentially urgent situations *Confident, helpful and personable character *Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
