Job Description

Duties:

- General Administration - mailing, filing e.c.t

  • Issue responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Where applicable, answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email

Candidate Skills:

- IT skills - Microsoft experience

  • Some manual handling required for conference room set up.
