Job Description

- Processing orders by phone and email
- Dealing with existing customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records at all times
- Up-selling products where possible
- Managing Stock Returns
- Liaising with other departments including Accounts and Warehouse Teams


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role would suit someone who has a keen interest in Health and Nutrition because of the type of products that they supply, you will also provide quality first line support to customers who are looking for nutritional advice.
