Job Description

We are seeking an applicant to provide maintenance, support and administration of the our applications, ongoing support for our financial close process, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and financial reporting and leading continuous process improvement initiatives.
The candidate is required to work in close collaboration with the Finance partners and interact with a diverse group of Domain Experts within Finance and IT, also to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help improve the benefit of the system investments.
Responsibilities:

• Daily administration of security, forms, reporting, application maintenance, issue resolution.
• Coordinate mapping/ scripting from source systems to us.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with us Assist in driving process improvement initiatives to optimize user experience
• Manage SDLC process from inception to completion (includes application improvements, validation of results, acquiring approvals, according to ITGC controls).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field or relevant business subject areas required, with a strong Information Technology aptitude; MBA or CPA a plus. Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), our software or a comparable consolidation system. Good understanding of financial processes! Ability to work in a global environment. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent collaboration, accounting/ financial acumen and communication skills.
