Job Description

Your main key tasks will include:

  • Dealing with queries relating to our training system
  • Updating the training system with new and amended courses and uploading training records
  • Managing the end to end process of scheduling internal training courses
  • Creating regular reports, providing commentary to support analysis of data

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you will have previous administration experience in a customer focused environment, dealing with high-volume queries. You will have experience of managing a workload within specific timelines with the ability to change workload priorities throughout the day. You will have experience of working with Microsoft office, in particular Excel to administer and manage data.
