Job Description

Working within our project team, the primary objective of this role is to work on various elements of project administration and scheduling in order to support our Project Managers.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Create and update the Statement of Works (SOWs) for sign-off by the customer
  • Create and update JIRA tickets for each project
  • Planning and scheduling of consultants within their diaries
  • Setup and support pre-engagement calls with our customers
  • Provide training materials for the customers’ training delegates
  • Manage the rescheduling, cancellation and postponed days

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have:- A minimum of one year previous similar experience in a project management environment, e.g. A project management office (pmo) or within a project team. Ideally demonstrable working knowledge of our atlas sian internal tooling including: Jira software, Jira service desk, Confluence, Basecamp. Have an eye for detail and strive for the highest levels of quality. Be socially adept with excellent communication skills. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Have the ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions. Have an aptitude for and drive to learn new processes. Have demonstrable problem solving skills. Have the ability to build good relationships with colleagues and customers.
