Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Act as a credible business partner across the business, working closely with a range of senior stakeholders.
• Work across the business to provide financial support including month-end accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and analyses of variations from budget.
• Deliver accurate, complete and compliant accounting records within the accepted accounting policies and principles.
• Manage accounting transactions, including statutory accounts, financial statements and reports.
• Take responsibility for preparing financial analysis to support business cases for bids and pricing decisions.
• Oversee the overall performance of the Finance team in the delivery of various finance processes.

What you will need:

• Experience in job roles such as; Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Group Financial Controller / Senior Finance Manager / Management Accountant
• You must be a qualified Accountant and hold one of the following qualifications - ACA / CIMA / ACCA
• Experience in dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to understand a business quickly to provide accurate analysis
• Flexible, adaptable and resilient nature
• Excellent technical skills with knowledge of relevant systems including Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
