Job Description

Our client works with some of the largest retailers in the country & have their own direct retail channels. Due to continuous growth they are now in a position to add to their team. The role is a varied role & will involve all aspects of Digital Marketing.
The Role 

  • Upload products and SKU ranges in bulk to the Amazon portal and maintain website content, pricing and promotions.
  • Ensure Amazon metrics are maintained and driven forward (ie on time delivery, customer services, cancellation rates, product performance)
  • Optimise digital touch points to improve efficiency and ensure customers have a reason to return to the site.
  • Identify and implement content improvements.
  • Keep site information up to date and relevant.
  • Analyse and improve merchandising on the site.
  • Adobe photoshop editing if required.
  • Word Press/(url removed) website updating.
  • SEO and PPC management.
  • Report generation including seller performance increases/decreases.
  • Writing product and promotional copy for web sites.
  • Daily checks of stock levels and trends.
  • Email campaigns via Mailchimp or similar automated platform.
  • Answering customer service emails and phone calls.
  • Updating product information and images.
  • Working closely with other internal departments including design, sales and merchandising.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have strong Excel skills. Have experience of ‘Linnworks’, or another order/stock/carrier management system, to load products and have experience of Amazon seller central and metrics. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of digital imaging. Creative writing skills. Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks & work to crucial timelines
