This is a varied and interesting role in a fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will come from a Heating Industry Supplies background background and will be used to dealing with clients, customers, engineers and managers alike with regards to quotes, stock, requirements, availability, order & re-order lists whilst offering the highest levels of customer service.
The Role:
Purchasing administration and Data inputting in a fast-paced environment
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff from different departments with regards to quotes/ stock / requirements/ availability / order & re-order lists
Working with existing accounts and purchasing teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced Administrator with Supply Chain and purchasing background A very competent excel and sage with experience in working within Plumbing and Heating Industry (Althought this is not essential as training can be provided) Confident & able to juggle multiple jobs while offering highest level of service
