You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Balance Sheet reconciliations across the Group and financial aspects of long-term business plans. You will also get the opportunity to get involved in M&A activity as the business looks to grow through acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities will include:
-Assist with financial accounting and periodic reporting for all Group entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and absolute rigour
-Responsibility for Balance Sheet reconciliations, including preparing supporting schedules
-Responsibility for creating journals and supporting schedules
-Working alongside the Financial Controller on the statutory account preparation, ensuring completion to a high standard
-Assist the CFO and Financial Controller with the delivery of the annual audit for the Group
-Promotion of a strong cash and working capital management agenda with a focus on continuous improvement
-Support the Financial Controller with the maintenance of cashflow forecasting and covenant models to ensure adequate covenant headroom maintained
-Assist the FC in meeting all reporting requirements associated with facilities agreements and investor agreement
-Assist the Financial Controller with tax compliance, including transfer pricing, VAT, CT and PAYE
-Bank account reconciliations and processing of payments for authorisation
-Follow established procedures and be a pro-active member of the team, engaged in identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes and actively proposing possible changes to the team
