Marketing data responsibilities - weekly summary reporting, monthly analysis on mailing lists and engagement of clients, reporting on data from newly launched apps. Including building dashboards to analyse activity over time to make informed suggestions on improvements
Reviewing month end accounts and managing a Management Accountant
Constant Improvement of efficiency and accuracy of processes.
Manage the audit process
Ensure purchases process and expense reporting is accurate. Using this to manage budgets for departments, working closely with senior management within the business.
Assisting with all third party reports, such as Year End, banking, tax, commission and payments, and with the running of the back office
Ad hoc analysis, projects and process improvements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must be a qualified accountant, CIMA, ACA or ACCA, with some exposure to a corporate environment. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of IT literacy, particularly in Excel. You will need experience of financial statements, have good commercial understanding and be comfortable working at a Senior Management level.
