Job Description

As the Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Providing information and documentation for Pensions
  • Following up on Pension queries via phone and email which are logged by the customer support team
  • Help the team achieve set targets and standards
  • Update and maintain information using MS Excel
  • Help with Pension calculations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to be considered for the role you will: Be either available immediately or on short notice. Have previously worked in administration and be IT literate as you will be working and training from home initially. Have good verbal communication skills as phone work is required. Be able to use MS Excel to an intermediate standard.
