You will be responsible for the administration of the Science Park Business Support Programmes as well as providing administrative assistance (e.g. in lease negotiations and record keeping) to the Business Development Director. Business Support Administrator , day to day duties: (including but not limited to)
Monitoring tenant websites and social media channels to discover news stories the Science Park can promote
Meeting and greeting clients and presenting offices as and when required
Setting up memberships of the Incubation Centre co-working spaces
Liaising with the Science Park’s Brand and Marketing Consultants
Managing Tenancy Schedule records and follow up actions
The Catalyst Centre Programme (overseeing business workshops; organizing pitches and business review panels; setting up related agreements; liaising with business mentors and coaches)
Managing invoicing process for the desk occupants and the SET Squared membership
Assisting other team members if necessary

This is a full time, permanent position. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good standard of general education (minimum A-Levels or equivalent). 2 years within similar office-based Business Support or Development role would be ideal. Familiarity with Ledger accounting package desired. Confident in the client facing environment. Excellent communication skills. Good level of literacy and numeracy. High degree of professionalism and discretion. Friendly, approachable and presentable. Outstanding ability to multitask with a positive “can do” attitude. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent time-management skills. Confident user of Microsoft Office Package. Driving license.
