Job Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager as part of our large Finance team, you will be an experienced purchase ledger specialist who can hit the ground running.

We are looking for an organized, confident, and highly motivated individual who thrives within fast-paced environments. To be a success in this role you will be a rapid learner, have basic excel knowledge, confidence using a variety of computer systems, and excellent communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered you will: Have proven experience of working in a busy finance department with expertise in purchase ledger, Be proficient in dealing with a large number of wide-ranging suppliers (e.g., vehicle and parts manufacturers), Work well within a team as well as on your own as both will be required to process, organize and reconcile a high volume of complex supplier documents, Be highly organized with the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, and Have previously worked in the automotive industry (advantageous).
