As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll carry out all goods in, stock movement and goods out administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for the receipt, inspection and logging of incoming goods, as well as recording stock sent to sub-contractors and finished goods sent to customers. Some of your duties will include:
Ensuring incoming goods are received and booked in
Managing stock quantities and locations in Sage
Carrying our stock checks and investigating discrepancies
Record all stock movements for shipping of stock
Following H&S best practice within the warehouse environment
Providing input into warehouse-related policies and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To join us as a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll need: Knowledge of quality system requirements and an awareness of GMP Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook To be a proactive and flexible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills An optimistic and helpful attitude with a desire to getting tasks completed to schedule essential Can work to and deliver against tight deadlines. Good attention to detail Familiarity with stock control software such as Sage would be beneficial. First aid and/or fire training would also be an advantage.
