Job Description

You will support the project team with technical administrative duties to ensure project objectives are achieved to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, including contractual obligations.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

You will need to be eligible to gain UK SC Security Clearance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Support Configuration and Data Management process

  • Manage the supplier interface tool (SFTP) and ensure appropriate access controls for both the Airbus team members and supplier team members.
  • Manage the dataflow through SFTP into project folders on UK National Network & Wind-chill accordingly (including but not limited to ICDs, review data packs, test results).
  • For review cycles in Wind-chill - progress chase approvals; ensure prompt resolution of issues including resolving rejections.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Liaise with subject matter experts and manage and maintain the inputs in the Government portal (Octavian tool). Support as required the compliance of our Airbus and our subcontractors to ISO28000 (specific task definition is TBC). Previous experience in a Technical Administration role.
