Receptionist / Administrator

Receptionist / Administrator - required to start asap

We have a maternity cover vacancy for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and hardworking support staff team. The successful candidate will undertake Main Reception duties as well as support colleagues with a range of more general administrative tasks.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Able to form good relationships with parents, pupils, staff and visitors.
  • Able to stay calm and maintain a sense of humour under pressure.
  • A good team player.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to multi task.
  • Experienced and confident in the use of ICT.
  • Thoroughly professional, understanding issues of confidentiality and the need to protect the welfare of children.
  • Knowledgeable of SIMS software, or be willing to be trained.

Salary: Gross annual salary £17,792

Contract type: 36 hours a week - 38 weeks a year

Contract term: Maternity cover
