Job Description

You will have previous experience in a similar role, working in an office environment.  You will have the ability to handle difficult and demanding customer environments and pressurised workloads.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to mentor and train junior members of the team. 

You will also have and understanding and experience of:

- VM ware

- WAN and LAN environments

- MPLS and VPN fundamentals

- Microsoft Active Directory

- Mobile technologies

- Unified communications

- Hardware and operating systems
