To provide commercial support to the Operations Manager(s) and the Commercial Department on an as and when appropriate basis.
Allocating hours onto the Exxon CDMS system
Allocating and updating scopes onto our System
Inputting jobs onto Exxon CDMS system
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Understanding of Client contracts, ensuring compliance at all times.
Act in a professional manner.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm.
25 days holiday plus public holidays

Good communication skills / excellent telephone manner. Ability to work accurately in a busy environment. Ability to multi-task and willing to learn. Flexible attitude to work.
