Job Description

The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Commonwealth national as a Monitoring & Evaluation / Communications Administrator. This position requires a motivated, hard-working and organised individual who is committed to the aims of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. Under the direction of the Editor and Communications Manager, the M&E and Communications Administrator will support the CPA Headquarters Secretariat in the planning, delivery and follow-up of monitoring and evaluation of all programmes as well as key communications outputs. The post-holder will play an essential role in reporting to senior managers and the governance bodies of the Association against Strategic Objectives. Equally important to the role is providing communications support to the Secretariat including collating CPA and Commonwealth-wide news and social media, managing and updating CPA communications channels and delivering CPA outreach and promotional activities. The role will also include a variety of administrative, coordination and logistical services in support of the operations of the CPA.
