The main purpose of the Internal Service Administrator role is to liaise and coordinate with the customer base and associated internal departments.
Your tasks as our client’s Internal Service Administrator will include the receipt, distribution and logging of enquiries along with order entry and coordinating logistics. You will assist with project tracking and forecasting using a CRM system, and make regular contact with key partners, production and planning teams. You will also send quotations and input orders onto a SAP system and must have a good understanding of numerical data.
