Job Description

In order to ensure the jobs are completed to their usual high standards they are looking to employ an experience Health & Safety Manager.

Reporting to the H&S Director you will be responsible for overseeing the health and safety function for two high value projects. The main purpose of the role is to work within the project teams and proactively work to improve safety. This is not just a role for an auditor.

Both projects involve significant amounts of highways improvements and one of them will also involve a significant structure over rail so a PTS and experience of working in a live rail environment would be an advantage. In terms of qualifications we're looking for NEBOSH accreditation and ideally membership of a relevant body such as IOSH.
