Job Description

As the Project Tracking Coordinator, you will support the Technical Team at Pembridge providing administration support and responding to technical requests from various sources.

You will be required to research project information on the technical enquiries received and manage shared inboxes. You will also be responsible for logging/tracking technical enquiries received on the CRM system to allocate to the Technical Advisors and will produce and format reports from U-Value calculation software.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess excellent customer service and organisational skills. An ability to prioritise effectively is essential for this role, and you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be IT literate. This Project Tracking Coordinatorrole will require high attention to detail and the ability to work in a demanding environment on your own and as part of the team. Previous experience of working in an office environment in an administrative support role is essential.
