Job Description

An opportunity has come up for the right person to support this crucial work by joining our central services team as a capable and enthusiastic Operational Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will work closely with our six Area Managers providing them with administrative support.

You’ll cover a varied range of duties, from taking on responsibility for administering key service contracts to supporting recruitment into the organisation.

To succeed as Operational Support Assistant you will:

  • Have excellent prioritising skills and be able to independently manage your workload
  • Be organised and efficient
  • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Be flexible, willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Show initiative and attention to detail
  • Be able to develop and maintain good and effective working relationships
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Have an interest in homelessness and a desire to support us to have a positive impact on the lives of homeless people.

You will usually work from one of Thames Reach’s office bases across London.
