Job Description

Our client is the global number one provider of 24x7 Thermal Condition Monitoring for electrical infrastructure, successfully installed worldwide by all major OEMs.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a talented HubSpot / CRM Administrator based in Harpenden, to help build and control their new CRM environment as well as data-flow and reporting in the wider business. This includes sales cycle, marketing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities of the HubSpot Administrator:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and the CFO to build up a new Marketing Automation and CRM system within HubSpot
  • Engage with the lead generation and sales teams to help define, execute, and monitor leads from enquiry to close
  • Partner with the Finance Team to ensure core customer data integrity and sales data flow
  • Develop reports and dashboards to empower data informed decision-making
  • Support users across the business, including documenting changes to design, implementing new data properties, creating onboarding materials to support new users, and training for new functionality

You will be encouraged to research new releases of HubSpot and mentored to understand how they impact the organisation. This will be a great opportunity to implement the latest HubSpot features to ensure we are taking full advantage of offerings and be part of building a digital roadmap for a growth company.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years solid CRM experience providing admin support for reporting and workflows
  • Good understanding of databases, good MS Excel skills and ideally some analytics experience
  • Methodical and data-aware with a strong desire to test and learn
  • Strong communication skills and desire to champion change
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
