Job Description

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Services Coordinator, who will be supporting our Hire, Transport and Sales who will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective quality of service, reporting directly to the Fleet Services Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with short term hire enquires, providing quotations, and facilitating hire to meet our customer needs.  They will work closely with our Operations Team to ensure equipment is ready and prepared for Hire and be responsible for the coordinating of transport of Hire, Sales and Repair equipment to and from our customer premises.

In addition they will support the Sales team with general administrative duties. 

As our Fleet Services Coordinator you will also:

- Speaking to customers to identify Hire needs

- Providing quotations

- Invoicing

- Email and Telephone Communication

- Maintaining accurate records both paper based and electronic

- Coordinating Transport and maintaining transport schedules

- Producing documentation

- Using specialist software


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An excellent level of customer service and communication skills are essential for this roles, along with being methodical and organised with the ability to work on own using initiative.
