RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan

• Supports the Trading team by providing the data/reporting to assist in developing and trading global product ranges that deliver profitability at channel, range, and option level.
• Supports the Trading team by providing information that supports ad hoc requests from other areas of the business ex. International planning, marketing, supply chain, commercial planners, sourcing offices, including international partners.
• Setting up of initial BU CP in preparation for IBF under supervision of Junior Trader including BU folders in StoreIQ.
• Takes on a range/Tdept and builds confidence in management of the range/Tdept from the initial stages of planning leading to active trading resulting in maximizing international retail sales.
• Correctly attributes all Marketing/Window and seasonal/event lines in IBT.

Sell

• Weekly runs, saves and proactively uses all reports supporting TAA decision making when it comes to partner queries, maximizing business stock pots
• Seasonally compiles BU Reduced List + Stock Avail report and shares it with partners to generate extra international retail sales and profit
• Supports partners with reports of reduced lists for the purpose of gaining top ups.
• Taking active involvement into partner workshops and spots opportunities to sell
• Develops solid relationships with C&H teams and international partners

Move

• Supports Global MAAs (C&H teams) in actioning ERs that have a commercial impact and carry a risk to International fulfilment. Reviewing flows where necessary taking action to mitigate fulfilment and communication accordingly.
• Overseeing the Timeliness and accuracy of International Purchase Orders by exploiting available tools and ensuring all necessary system updates are maintained across the TAA and global C&H community.
• When required amends international orders in IBT across all Tdepts to match the actual hub PO shipped vs initial order.
• Work collaboratively with AT across current and predicted Fulfilment for all routes.
• Captures container delays and communicates the details to the Trading team.
• Reallocates volumes at partner level in SAP vs OBD Exception Reports received from the hub teams.
• Works collaboratively with International Planning team to capture all International POs that are missing OBDs to support the accuracy of the reporting on BU Fulfilment.
• Responsible for checking Status 3 across all Tdepts and works collaboratively with the Buying and Tech teams in getting the strokes progressed to Status 5 to guarantee in time stock allocation; prioritizes strokes based on the drops.
• Logging and resolving system issues with IT within SLA.

Trade

• Accountable for picking up order discrepancies across systems with help of Report 103 Order + SO + PO.
• Monitors OB for Marketplace partners like Zalando; flags potential issues/risks to Assistant Traders.
• On ad hoc basis supports Assistant Traders with housekeeping of IBT, OB analysis and Lessons Learned.
• Contributes to Flagship site walks with focus on the accuracy of the customer journey; develops a solid relationship with Flagship BU representative.
• Actions Attribution to support analytical Roll Ups
• Drive profitability across all channels – Flagship Site walks with actions required flagged and managed until completion

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills. Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with BU, franchisees, International colleagues and suppliers. Communicative, influencing, and organizational skills. Production/capacity planning abilities, including critical path creation and delivery. Ability to understand performance, key metrics and how to use such data to maximize sales and deliver growth in future seasons in their area. Effectively delivering within a cross-matrix function. Ability to fully utilize appropriate IT systems. Affinity for product.
