This role will involve covering reception desks in a very active outpatient department. This role will involve managing outpatient clinic appointments, answering patient queries, working on waiting lists and many other activities. You will be the first point of contact for patients and clinicians to assist with administrative duties. This role will also involve cross cover across the reception areas on the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing when required. As front of house staff, you will often be the first impression patients have of UCLH and as such, you are expected to maintain high standards to provide an excellent experience for patients.
