Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively leading a team to ensure that their area delivers the highest levels of Safety, Quality, and Involvement from their team. Developing and coaching their team is also a must to ensure KPIs are achieved and surpassed. You will also need to be able to network and communicate efficiently with other departments such as Quality, Lean, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, Training, and Finance.
