About you:
Working as part of the Patient Services Team the post holder will provide a high quality, professional reception and post room service to patients, visitors, colleagues, health service professionals and others. To ensure that all enquiries are efficiently and courteously handled. The post holder is responsible for the smooth running of the reception and postal services at all times, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures. To provide effective administrative support to the Site Services.
