Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Projects Administrator to join an enthusiastic team supporting the department in our Engineering Division with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and Compliance Company.

Client focused and quality driven, we require a Projects Administrator to join a busy team:
Your challenge will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients and colleagues
  • Being responsible for filing of documents onto the data management system
  • Monitoring incoming calls and email inbox
  • Assisting Projects Coordinator and Engineers in the coordination of projects and associated invoicing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organized, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also have: Ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience within an Administration role. Ability to use a range of software packages.
