Job Description

This role will provide hands-on operational support, with particular focus on maintaining project revenue forecasting data, supporting the Project Operations Managers and colleagues in Business Development with a regular monthly cycle of intelligence gathering, data input and reporting.

What will I be doing?

  • Working with UK Finance, UK Operations and UK Engineering teams to assist the Project Operations team with the regular collection of project revenue forecast (pipeline) information and resource planning data, and will input this into Deltek Vision
  • Assist the Project Operations team with regular integrity checking of pipeline and resource forecasting data (and will update Deltek Vision)
  • Assist the Project Operations team with the regular review and updating of project governance and project commercial data, and will update the data within Deltek Vision, in addition to associated standalone data models and spreadsheets
  • Assist with production of monthly reports/reporting processes as required
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all data checks and updates are undertaken according to management cycles

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to be highly organized - able to deliver actions according to a time critical cycle and encourage others to do likewise. A strong attention to detail - ensuring information is accurate and not left incomplete. Be curious - happy to question how and why if information looks amiss and interested in the bigger picture in order to give context to data and build understanding. A team player - comfortable working across multi office, multi discipline environment (both remotely and face to face), interfacing and working alongside the wider team. A nurturing approach - taking a positive, helpful, and engaging approach will serve you well in this role, along with a willingness to assist colleagues at all levels. Be results driven - showing tenacity and thoroughness, following tasks through to completion. You will have had previous experience in a role requiring data collection and regular communication with stakeholders. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You'll be adept at using databases, with an understanding of interfaces and their architecture. Numerate; be able to interpret resourcing and financial data. Possess strong skills in Microsoft O365, particularly SharePoint, Teams & Excel.
