Job Description

* Day to day planning for all planned and reactive jobs in housing
* Jeopardy Management to avoid customer complaints
* Communication with both internal tenants and external customers regarding planned and ongoing work.
* Ensuring all required information is provided to the operational teams to complete the task planned.
* Ensure all business processes are followed with recording all necessary information on the system in a timely manner.
* Work with other planners / resource managers
* Monitor all reports to maintain performance levels
* Ensure the quality of information is monitored and any issues are highlighted to the planning manager

About You

You will have a good administration background and be able to use IT and Excel. Ideally you will have worked in a customer service environment .
